On July 15th, RIKUTEC America was audited remotely by SGS as part of the yearly surveillance audits. Thanks to the good work of all employees, the audit was passed with no finding.
The current ISO 9001:2015 certificate is valid until June of 2022. Rikutec America is preparing for an extensive audit next year to be recertified. The ISO 9001:2015 is an integral part of an organization’s efforts towards the broader aim of sustainable development. The adoption of a quality management system, like ISO 9001:2015, is a strategic decision which has helped Rikutec America to continuously improve overall performance. This includes a SWOT analysis to evaluate the company’s competitive position and to develop strategic planning. Rikutec America has been certified since October 2016.
